Worm Charming

Seems like as time goes on, more and more things are becoming competitive that never were before. Once considered a skill and profession and less of a sport, worm charming is the umbrella term for a variety of ways to attract earthworms to the surface.

For this project, I centered a narrative around Wallace Wegby, an imaginary worm charming champion. I created his membership card to the American Earthworm society, a World Worm Charming Championship scorecard, and newspaper clippings that celebrated his success.
